| Home | Olivia's Fifth Year With Us |
Olivia spent her summer doing YMCA day camps, swimming, hiking and playing in our yard and at our neighborhood park. I think she wanted to get in as much non-school activity as possible before she had to take on all the responsibilities of kindergarten. We had a nice holiday in the fall on the Disney Magic and at Disney world. It was great to have a break from school. At Christmas/New Year, we visited Aunt Pat and her family in Nebraska, and then it was back to classes.

Olivia did a lot of work at Montessori school. She has reading and math skills ready for first grade.

The school has a graduation program for kindergarten students. Olivia was "Top Of The Class"... at least in Mom and Dad's opinion.
This Summer we will visit Alaska, spending a week on land and a week cruising. Olivia is learning to ride her bike and will continue her piano lessons too.

But her favorite activity is horseback riding. She has begun English Riding
lessons. Here she is on Candy... Posting trot please!
Olivia wants to be an inventor when she grows up and is off to a good start. She invented "The Swing Pole", a device that keeps our family swing moving.
